At NOTE Windsor, milestones are important. Few are as inspiring as 20 years of dedicated service. This summer, we’re excited to celebrate four colleagues. Together, they have dedicated an incredible 80 years! The team includes Peramjeet Basson, Rajwinder Bains, Pasbinder Basra, and our Managing Director, Neil Owen.
Since the early 2000s, when phones had antennas and cloud tech was just starting, these four have guided our Windsor team through market shifts and tech growth. Peramjeet stays calm. Rajwinder knows parts well. Pasbinder simplifies tough problems. Neil leads with a calm and consistent approach. Together, they shape NOTE’s unique culture. It is adaptable, collaborative, and focused on customers.
Twenty years is not a service anniversary. It shows our resilience, curiosity, and strong belief in our work. Our Windsor site has doubled its manufacturing capacity. It has begun sustainable procurement programs. Also, it has expanded into new areas, such as medical instrumentation. These successes are thanks to the know-how and passion of this quartet.
In recognition of their loyalty, each receives an extra week of well-earned holiday. We hope the extra time off helps them recharge and reflect. Then, they can return with the same energy that has driven two amazing decades.
