We’re thrilled to share that NOTE Windsor has launched a new Surface-Mount Device (SMD) production line. It sets a new standard for efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility. The new line uses top-notch equipment. This setup guarantees quality, speed, and reliability throughout production. The core of the line is the ASM DEK NeoHorizon 03 ix. It uses Hawkeye paste inspection technology. This ensures precise and consistent solder paste application. Such accuracy is key for high-quality assemblies. We have three ASM D Series SiPlace Pick-and-Place robots. They can place thousands of components each hour. They do this with great accuracy, even on complex boards. The process uses an Ersa Hotflow 3/14E reflow oven. It has 7 zones and provides precise thermal profiles. This ensures the best soldering performance. Nutek handling systems connect the whole line. This ensures a smooth, automated flow of materials and reduces handling errors.
This installation is the first step in our plan to upgrade all four SMD lines at NOTE Windsor. It’s part of our long-term investment in advanced electronics manufacturing.
Our expansion doesn’t stop there. This month, we will boost our production by installing a new ERSA Selective Solder line. This new line will double our soldering capacity. It will help us deliver mixed-technology boards faster and with better quality.
