Conformal Coating video

At our Windsor facility, we use advanced automated technology and UV curing. This allows our conformal coating line to apply coatings in a selective manner. These coatings protect boards in harsh environments. They guard against moisture, dust, condensation, and temperature changes.

We also offer manual spraying and rework of coated boards at our Windsor and Stonehouse locations.

SPEED AND PRECISION

Our automated process line increases the speed and precision of PCBA conformal coating at Windsor. It provides high-quality assemblies with a smooth, excellent finish. This leads to better efficiency than before. The system is easy to use. Its modular design lets you add features as needs change.

Conformal coating is a thin layer of polymer applied to printed circuit boards. It protects these boards from environmental damage during their use.

KEY ADVANTAGES

The automated spray line cuts coating time. It often needs little to no masking. It also uses a UV oven to cure coatings in seconds. This ensures robust resistance to moisture, condensation, environmental contaminants, and corrosion. Additionally, the automated process gives consistent and dependable results that meet IPC standards.
