Engineering long service celebrations

At NOTE Windsor, we take immense pride in our employees. Many colleagues have been with us for decades. Their skill, professionalism, and humour help us deliver great service to our customers every day. Their quiet and steady commitment often goes unnoticed. It shows us that a company’s true success lies in the people who choose to grow with it.

This November, we celebrated two amazing employees: Martin Howard and Neil Campbell from Engineering. Both celebrated twenty years of loyal service. Their constant presence on the shop floor, desire to help newcomers, and willingness to tackle challenges show what it means to wear a NOTE badge with pride.

NOTE employees

Operations Director Martin Bullimore puts it best: “Martin and Neil, you became part of our work family at the start of the century. You have been key to every chapter since.” Your hard work, sweat, and even cheesy jokes have improved this workplace. Loyalty, humour and hard work create great employees, and you bring all three in abundance. We’re lucky to have you keeping things together – sometimes with cable ties and gaffer tape! Thank you and congratulations.”

Their story highlights a simple truth: when employees feel valued, they stay. They feel motivated and respected. Then, we celebrate success after success together. This year, we celebrated another employee, Helen Cook at NOTE Stonehouse. She reached an amazing thirty years with the Group. This milestone shows how far dedication can take both employees and employers. Let’s celebrate not only Martin, Neil, and Helen, but everyone in the NOTE family. Their hard work helps our community thrive. From design desks to dispatch docks, your skills bring ideas to life each day. You are the heartbeat of NOTE. You drive quality, innovation, and customer trust in everything we build each day.
