NOTE has recently expanded its manufacturing capacity in the UK by acquiring all shares in the electronics manufacturer DVR Ltd. This strategic move positions NOTE as a more significant player in the growing British Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) market, which is projected to experience strong growth in the coming years. DVR Ltd. shares a similar business model with NOTE, offering high-quality PCB and box-build manufacturing, with a focus on delivery precision and fostering long-term customer relationships.
A key part of DVR’s customer base operates in the Industrial and Greentech sectors, aligning with NOTE’s strategy to serve industries with sustainable growth potential. By integrating DVR’s operations, NOTE strengthens its ability to serve a wider range of customers with specialised needs, further enhancing its portfolio in these important segments.
The acquisition also boosts NOTE’s presence in the UK, now operating from four strategic locations: Stonehouse, Windsor, Haddenham, and the newly added site in Basildon. This increased geographical footprint enhances NOTE’s ability to meet growing demand while improving service levels and delivery capabilities across the UK market. Through this acquisition, NOTE is well-positioned to capitalise on future growth opportunities and further solidify its position in the British EMS industry.
