Connect. Supply. Deliver.
Component sourcing is one of the most complex and risk-sensitive elements of electronics manufacturing. Shortages, long lead times, counterfeit components, and single-source dependencies can stop production lines and delay product launches. NOTE UK’s sourcing capability is built to manage these risks proactively – through a dedicated International Purchasing Office (IPO), a global approved supplier network spanning the UK, Europe, and Asia, and BOM management expertise that covers everything from standard catalogue parts to obsolete and long-lead items. Whether you supply your own components or require full turnkey sourcing, NOTE UK manages the supply chain so you can focus on your product.

Our Supply Chain Capabilities
We offer production flexibility and scalability through our network of UK and Global sites.

Local & Global Sourcing Network
NOTE UK sources electronic components through a vetted global supplier network – from UK and European distributors for short lead times and supply security, to Asia-based supply chains for volume pricing and availability. Our approved supplier base covers standard, specialist, and long-lead components across all major manufacturers and product categories.

International Purchasing Office
Our dedicated International Purchasing Office (IPO) provides strategic procurement at scale – negotiating competitive pricing, managing long-term supply agreements, and securing availability for high-demand or constrained components. The IPO operates across our NOTE Group network, giving UK customers access to group-level purchasing power across Europe and Asia.

Material Supply Management
NOTE UK manages the full BOM – from first purchase order through to goods receipt, incoming inspection, kitting, and lineside delivery. We monitor lead times, flag shortages early, manage safety stock where required, and provide supply status visibility throughout. Both full turnkey and consignment (customer-supplied) programmes are supported.

Logistics Solutions
NOTE UK coordinates inbound component logistics and outbound product delivery through our logistics network – managing freight, customs documentation, and carrier relationships on behalf of customers. For NOTE Group programmes spanning multiple European or Asian sites, we coordinate cross-border supply to maintain production continuity across all locations.
