Atul has international experience across the UK, Scandinavia, Europe, and Asia. This global perspective will benefit NOTE’s manufacturing. His appointment positions NOTE Windsor for growth. It also shows NOTE’s commitment to being a leading EMS provider.

Karen Heath takes on a strategic supply chain role.
Starting in April 2025, Karen Heath will take on a new strategic role in the Group Commodity team. This change follows Atul’s appointment. She will report to the Chief Purchasing Officer. She will lead supply chain optimisation and infrastructure projects at UK sites.
As Managing Director at NOTE Windsor, Karen achieved record sales and operating profit. She added a second shift for production. She also managed important equipment upgrades. This improved both manufacturing quality and efficiency.
