NOTE Windsor: New MD Appointed as Karen Heath Takes Group Strategic Role

NOTE Windsor is pleased to announce the appointment of Atul Bhagalia as its new Managing Director, following a strategic leadership transition.  With over three decades of manufacturing excellence, Bhagalia brings exceptional leadership and operational expertise to the organization.

Throughout his career, Bhagalia has demonstrated outstanding success in leading high-performing teams, implementing efficiency-driven strategies, and delivering substantial cost reductions. His international experience spanning the UK, Scandinavia, Europe, and Asia provides the global perspective essential for NOTE’s continued expansion. Bhagalia’s extensive expertise in PCBA and box build manufacturing positions him ideally to drive NOTE Windsor’s next phase of growth. In parallel with this appointment, NOTE announces that from April 2025, Karen Heath will be taking on a strategic new role within the Group Commodity team, reporting directly to the Chief Purchasing Officer. In this position, she will lead crucial supply chain and infrastructure projects primarily for the UK sites. During her tenure as Managing Director at NOTE Windsor, Karen successfully steered the company to record sales and operating profit, while introducing a second shift and implementing significant equipment upgrades across the site.
