NOTE Windsor is ISO45001 CERTIFIED

Commitment

Commitment is key. Windsor dedicates itself to creating a safe and healthy work environment. We prioritise the well-being of our staff, clients, and partners. It’s important for us to uphold this core value. The UN Global Compact has the commitment of NOTE Group. We plan to keep certifying all our plants to the ISO 45001 standard. This goal is part of our 2021 Communication on Progress (COP). NOTE Windsor started preparing to meet the ISO 45001 standard in early 2022. This aimed to update our health and safety practices. We aimed to combine the ISO 45001 standard with our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. This would create a more efficient management system. We decided to use all three standards instead of getting the ISO 45001 certificate.

Integrated Management System

Integration lets us manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) as a single unit. This means we can conduct one audit for the IMS, rather than separate audits for each standard. Integration allows us to have one manual for each standard. This cuts down on documentation, making it easier to manage and understand.

Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)

The ISO 45001 standard offers many benefits to NOTE Windsor. We show our customers and suppliers that we care about health and safety at work. Getting the ISO 45001 certificate made our Health and Safety system official. It also led to a strong Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). Audits and ongoing improvement will help our OHSMS grow. This keeps our high standards intact. ISO 45001 requires us to think about external parties, like our supply chain. We must think about the health, safety, and welfare of these stakeholders.
